HIGHLANDER CONCERT BAND AND THE HIGHLANDER WIND ENSEMBLE REVISED PROGRAMS SCHEDULE – MAY 19-25, 2010

• Tuesday May 18th, 2010: after Kindergarten Orientation (around 2:00 p.m.)
  - Set up Auditorium for Orchestra Dress Rehearsal – place orchestra chairs facing cafeteria.
• Wednesday May 19th, 2010: Dress Rehearsal for Orchestra 9:30 a.m. –
  11:30 a.m.12:00 noon- After rehearsal, set chairs in auditorium facing orchestra.
  1:30 p.m. - After lunch, put up tables and set up chairs in the cafeteria facing auditorium.
• Wednesday May 19th, 2010 7:30-9:00 Orchestra Concert
  After concert, tear down all seats in the cafeteria and re-set tables for lunch on Thursday.
• Thursday May 20th, 2010: Dress Rehearsal for the Highlander Concert Band in Paynter’s auditorium 9:30-11:30 a.m.
  Thursday 12:00 noon tear down auditorium for PTA to begin setting up for Fun Fair.
• Nothing Friday May 21st, 2010
• Monday May 24th, 2010: set up for assembly program on Tuesday a.m. Place orchestra on the stage and Wind Ensemble on floor in front of stage just like previous years.
• Tuesday May 25, 2010: 10:00 a.m. assembly program for all Paynter students.
  After assembly re-arrange Band chairs to face cafeteria and set up additional seating in auditorium.
  After lunch fold up tables and set chairs in the cafeteria for concert Tuesday evening, 7:30 p.m.
  Concert band report to room 167 (band room)
  Wind Ensemble report to room 170 (general music room)
  Tuesday after concert- tear down all chairs and re-set cafeteria tables
