BHMP Chaperone/ Volunteer Information
All BHMP chaperones are required to be approved through the Baldwin-Whitehall School District volunteer process. Please make sure all requirements have been met before submitting your application. This includes application form, completed clearances, negative TB test, and Act 24/82 form. All clearances must be less than one year old.
