ROOM SIGN UP INFORMATION
Students may sign-up for roommates for the Music Dept. Trip under the following procedures and expectations.
Rooms are Quad-Occupancy- Due to chaperone logistics and cost management, rooms need to be filled with 4 per room. Therefore, it is very important that you work hard to find 4 people in your room. Rooms with less than 4 people will be added to other rooms not completely filled.
Students may never room with another student if they are in a relationship.
Students not signed up for a room after the deadline will be assigned a room and roommates.
Rooms cannot be co-ed. Rooms cannot be changed.
Sign-ups will be posted outside the Band Room on the dates below. Below are the sign-up dates according to seniority. In the event you are out of school, send an email to your director on the date of the sign ups that pertains to you.
Tuesday, Jan. 25 SENIORS= If there is a Senior in your room, that Senior may sign up everyone in their room regardless of the grade level of the others in their room.
Wednesday, Jan. 26 JUNIORS= If the oldest person in your group is a Junior, they may sign up everyone else in their room on this date.
Thursday, Jan. 27 SOPHOMORES= If the oldest person in your group is a Sophomore, they may sign up everyone in their room on this date.
Friday, Jan. 28 FRESHMEN and INDIVIDUALS WITHOUT PREDETERMINED ROOMMATES= If you have no idea of who you'd like to room with, you should sign-up on this date.
