Bus Sign-Ups Information Page
Here are the guidelines for sign-ups for your bus seat for the upcoming VA music department trip.
1. Bus seat sign-ups are a privilege, not a right. We will do the best we can to accommodate your wishes. However, due to limited space on the buses, the directors may need to manage the seating in such a way that best fits our limitations.
2. Seats are NOT co-ed.
3. No bus is dedicated to one particular performing group.
4. Do not erase another student's name from a seat. See your director if there is a change that has been agreed upon with your partner.
5. If you do not have a seat mate or if you miss sign-ups, a seat will be chosen for you.
Sign-up sheets will be just outside the band room doors.
DATES:
Seniors= Tuesday, April 26
Juniors= Wednesday, April 27
Sophomores= Thursday, April 28
Freshmen- Friday, April 29
Note: Upperclassmen may signup underclassmen in their own seat on the upperclassman's designated day.
